Automatic weighing system for alloy applies to automatically blending & delivering alloy charging material of electric furnace.
Due to its high blending accuracy, it can automatically blend and deliver 5 to 12 kinds of charging materials with 0.1% static accuracy and 1% blending accuracy. The alloy charging materials are stored in the feed bin. They are fed by shaker feeder, weighed by slope bottom-opening car and delivered by belt feeder. Finally, under the control of microcomputer, the shaker feeder blends the materials accurately according to formula.
