This automatic charging and blending system for cupola furnace consists of three parts: wireless microcomputer iron-blending system,coke auto-weighing system and automatic charging system.
It adopts PLC to detect equipments such as iron skip bucket,iron transporting cart,skip hoist and process of coke charging and weighing. The charging trolley is controlled by auto-setting system.
The system achieves the full automation of cupola furnace charging.
