This automatic charging and controlling system for cupola furnace consists of three parts: coke auto-weighing system, cupola furnace auto-blending and charging system, cupola furnace air volume and wind pressure controller,and cupola furnace microcomputerized auto-controlling system.
The system can not only blend materials and charge for cupola furnace automatically, but also mornitor and control the whole melting process and gurantee the producing of high quality melting iron.
