Application and working principle:

Air hose reel is a equipment used to retract and release air hose. The hose is released from the reel when pulled by outside force and rolled onto the reel when drived by the energy stored in the spiral spring.

Structure:

The reel is made up of stand, hollow spindle, solenium, spiral spring, revolving joint and ree drum.

Revolving joint is the connecting device between the static pipe and the hose.

Spiral spring is the power source of the reel.
